Ana Barata

Ana is one of our expert Senior Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Childcare and Education recruitment in Greater London.

Ana joined Ben Williams Recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2024 following a hugely successful career in the world of recruitment (long story below). She is the first person to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with this coveted position usually being something earned rather than given, which speaks volumes about her track record and obvious quality. Qualities of which are underpinned by her fierce determination as a lioness to provide for her family (she has two little cubs).

Ana worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for another Recruitment Consultancy and was tasked with the job of trying to poach from us. The irony is that Ana saw the light and made the switch to us. To quote Michael Scott, "Well, well, well, how the turn tables". As you might expect, they were not happy (think Will Smith at the Oscars). Talk about living rent free.
