Ana is one of our expert Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Social Care recruitment in the North West.

Ana joined Ben Williams Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant in 2024 following a hugely successful career in the world of recruitment (long story below).

Ana worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for another Recruitment Consultancy and was tasked with the job of trying to poach from us. The irony is that Ana saw the light and made the switch to us. To quote Michael Scott, "Well, well, well, how the turn tables". As you might expect, they were not happy (think Will Smith at the Oscars). Talk about living rent free.
