Our Work for Charity
We like to think of ourselves as a charitable bunch of people, and we are immensely proud of our corporate partnership with Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.
Rainbows supports families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. They support every baby, child and young person to fulfil their potential, and help families make the most of every precious moment. Simply put, they're here to brighten short lives and support families.
We organise fundraising events for Rainbows once per quarter, which are centred around team building. Some special highlights have been the team competing in the London Marathon in 2021, and more recently, the Wolf Run in 2023.

£25,000 per annum as a basic salary plus uncapped commission.
Join us with no prior experience and learn the ropes with full training and development.

Recruitment Consultant
£30,000 per annum as a basic salary plus uncapped commission.
Take off your stabilisers and become a fully fledged Recruitment Consultant.

Senior Recruitment Consultant
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum as a basic slary plus uncapped commission.
Progress to Senior Recruitment Consultant and become responsible for supporting your peers.

Recruitment Manager
£100,000 per annum as a basic salary plus access to our Profit-Sharing Scheme (PSS).
Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and earn the right to manage your own team.

Our Culture and Working Hours
Every day at Ben Williams Recruitment is different - a high octane environment fuelled by our shared love of success.
The ‘official hours’ are Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 16:00 PM, but we have flexitime and the reality is that most of us work 08:00 AM – 14:00 PM and often have work from home days.
