Ben Bancroft

Ben is one of our Managing Directors, being the 'Ben' in Ben Williams Recruitment. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.

Ben has been one of the Managing Directors at Ben Williams Recruitment since the very beginning, being responsible for setting up the business in 2018 with Will. At the time, it was just them and Will's miniature dachshund, Norman, working out of Will's spare bedroom. As you can imagine, a lot has changed since then.

Ben firmly believes that every business has a responsibility to make the world a better place. As such, he is focussed on building a business that places people at the heart of everything that it does.
