Dec is one of our Recruitment Consultants. He is responsible for Social Care recruitment in the East Midlands.

Dec changed his career and relocated from Manchester just so that he could join Ben Williams Recruitment. Being a bit of an eager beaver, Dec is determined to emulate Jack's success as a Recruitment Consultant for Social Care in the East Midlands having inherited Jack's clients and candidates.

Following his career as a barber, Dec brings a well needed "too cool for school" appearance to the office. And Joe is chuffed to bits that he now gets free haircuts. Win-win for everyone.
