Ellie Ainsworth

Ellie is one of our expert Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Social Care recruitment in the North East.

Ellie is the youngest person working at Ben Williams Recruitment, with this being her first (and hopefully last) career in the world of work. She joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2023 as a fledgling Trainee Recruitment Consultant, prior to being promoted to Recruitment Consultant in short order.

Ellie is a recent graduate from University where she studied Geography. It might seem like a somewhat arbitrary career path going from Geography to Recruitment, but she has taken to it like a duck to water, carving out a reputation as one of our most competent Recruitment Consultants. Bravo Ellie.
