Ellie Ainsworth

Ellie is one of our expert Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Social Care recruitment in the North East, and Yorkshire and the Humber.

Ellie joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2023 as a fledgling Trainee Recruitment Consultant, prior to being promoted to Recruitment Consultant in short order.

This is Ellie's first job in the world of work, having recently graduated from University where she studied Geography. It might seem like a somewhat arbitrary career path going from Geography to Recruitment, but she has taken to it like a duck to water, carving out a reputation as one of our most competent Recruitment Consultants.
