​Isabel is one of our expert Senior Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Social Care recruitment in Wales and the West Midlands.

Isabel is the youngest person working at Ben Williams Recruitment, with this being her first (and hopefully last) career in the world of work. She is a consummate professional with an infectious personality and a real zest for life. She joined us in 2021 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant prior to being promoted to Recruitment Consultant and then Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Just a heads up, Isabel has a strange habit of asking everyone who she speaks to for pictures of their pets, with a particular penchant for dogs and horses. You have been warned.
