Isabel Wal

​Isabel is one of our expert Senior Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Social Care recruitment in Wales and the West Midlands.

Isabel is the youngest person working at Ben Williams Recruitment, with this being her first (and hopefully last) career in the world of work. She is a consummate professional with an infectious personality and a real zest for life. She joined us in 2021 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant prior to being promoted to Recruitment Consultant and then Senior Recruitment Consultant.

We have a swear jar in the office where we fine the team for saying certain things or for having certain idiosyncrasies. Isabel gets fined for having the strange habit of asking everyone she speaks to for pictures of their pets (with a particular penchant for dogs and horses). Should you experience this, please report her, and we will be sure to fine her £1 (all money goes to charity).
