Jake Powley

​Jake is one of our Recruitment Team Leaders. He is responsible for managing Emily and Nath. He is also responsible for Social Care recruitment in the East Midlands, the North East, and Yorkshire and the Humber.

Jake joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2021 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, following which there were successive promotions to Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and now Recruitment Team Leader.

​Jake can be described as being like a duck on water. That is to say that his composed exterior merely belies a frenetic interior. He cops a lot of stick in the office for being the most passionate Recruitment Consultant in the history of recruitment, but there is no doubting his ability to deliver an outstanding service.
