Joe Wainwright

​Joe is our Business Manager. He is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day running of the business. He is also responsible for managing Lauren.

Joe was one of the first people to join Ben Williams Recruitment in 2019 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant following which he rose through the ranks, starting with a promotion to Recruitment Team Leader and then a promotion to Business Manager, where he is now ultimately responsible for ensuring that everything in the business ticks over.

​Joe is somewhat of a savant when it comes to all things music including being able to play the ukulele and having a freakish knowledge of music trivia. He is also very quick to remind people that he "Grew up with the Wu-Tang Clan".
