Lauren Worthington

Lauren is our Business Assistant. She is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day running of the business.

Lauren is one of our longest serving employees, having joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2020 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. She has worked as a Recruitment Consultant in every one of our sectors, meaning that she has superb knowledge and expertise. She is a real credit to Ben Williams Recruitment.

Lauren has recently returned from maternity leave following the birth of her beautiful daughter, Ivy. The only slightly negative thing that we can say about Lauren is that she likes to blame Jack and Jake for anything that goes wrong.
