​Lauren is one of our expert Recruitment Consultants. She is responsible for Childcare and Education recruitment in the North East, the North West, and Yorkshire and the Humber.

If Jake can be described as being the most passionate Recruitment Consultant in the history of recruitment, Lauren can be described as being the nicest Recruitment Consultant. Not a day goes by where Lauren doesn't receive positive feedback from her clients and candidates. She is a real credit to Ben Williams Recruitment.

Lauren's best friend is Leah who she talks about several times a day. Unfortunately for everyone in the office, Lauren is pregnant and will be going on maternity leave soon, meaning that we won't know what's happening in Leah's life. The nights are long, and the years are short, be sure to appreciate every moment of being a Mum.
