Business Assistant

Lauren is our Business Assistant. She is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day running of the business.

Lauren is one of our longest serving employees, having joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2020 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. She has worked as a Recruitment Consultant in every one of our sectors, meaning that she has superb knowledge and expertise. She now works as our Business Assistant, where her main job function is to provide support with pre-employment ensuring that all of our candidates are vetted to the highest standards.

Lauren has a wonderfully kind soul, and she is a is a real credit to Ben Williams Recruitment. Her favourite things in life are her beautiful daughter Ivy, blaming Jack for anything that goes wrong, and Döner kebabs from her local chippy.
