Max Sammon

Max is one of our fledgling Trainee Recruitment Consultants. He is responsible for Childcare and Education recruitment in the North East, the North West, Wales, and the West Midlands.

Max is the youngest person working at Ben Williams Recruitment, with this being only his second job (and first full-time job) in the world of work.

Max looks about 16 years old in his picture, which really isn't too far off his actual age. Full credit to him, he has chosen to buck the trend of being a Gen Z snowflake by instead jumping into a career straight after finishing school. The early signs are very good, he's incredibly bright and is full of enthusiasm. That being said, he did turn up to work late on his first day (and then his alarm went off 30 minutes later).
