Will is one of our Managing Directors, being the 'Will' in Ben Williams Recruitment. He is responsible for driving the growth of the business.

Will has been one of the Managing Directors at Ben Williams Recruitment since the very beginning, being responsible for setting up the business in 2018 with Ben. At the time, it was just them and his miniature dachshund, Norman, working out of his spare bedroom. As you can imagine, a lot has changed since then.

Will is driven in his pursuit of building a business that treats people with integrity and respect. He achieves this everyday by being fair, open, and honest.
