We are looking for an ambitious and high-achieving Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a best-in-class Recruitment Consultancy located in Leicester.

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Uncapped Commission: £2,000 - £4,000 per month on average

Ben Williams Recruitment is a specialist Recruitment Consultancy for the Social Care, Childcare, and Education sectors. Specifically, we specialise in permanent recruitment for Children's Homes, Nurseries, and Schools.

We have established a monopoly within the Social Care, Childcare, and Education sectors, meaning that we work with the vast majority of the clients in these sectors including most of the big players. Therefore, business development is a very small part of your job. And where it is necessary, Ben Williams Recruitment is a brand name that opens doors incredibly easily.

Predominately, we are an application-based Recruitment Consultancy meaning that the vast majority of your placements will be from warm applications generated from our huge advertising reach across all of the major job boards (feel free to take a look for yourself). Therefore, sourcing is a very small part of your job.

You will be joining a warm desk that has established relationships with clients and vacancies ready for you to start working on. You will receive full training including getting you up to speed on both sector knowledge and our recruitment processes and best practice.

Your Basic Salary:

• Senior Recruitment Consultant: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum as a basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• Recruitment Consultant: £30,000 per annum as a basic salary plus uncapped commission.
• Trainee Recruitment Consultant: £25,000 per annum as a basic salary plus uncapped commission.

Your Commission on Top of Your Basic Salary:

• 20 % of everything you bill over £5,000. On average, our Recruitment Consultants bill between £15,000 - £25,000 per month, which means that they earn between £2,000 - £4,000 per month in commission.
• Commission is uncapped and it is very common for our Recruitment Consultants to earn well over £5,000 per month in commission.
• You will have the opportunity to meet our Recruitment Consultants prior to joining, meaning that you can verify these figures directly with them.

Your Working Pattern:

• The 'official hours' are Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 16:00 PM, but we have flexitime and the reality is that most of us work 08:00 AM - 14:00 PM and often have work from home days.
