MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ben is a Managing Director – being the "Ben" in Ben Williams Recruitment. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Will is a Managing Director – being the "Will" in Ben Williams Recruitment. He is responsible for driving the growth of the company.
Will is driven in his pursuit of building a company that treats candidates, clients and staff with an equal amount of integrity and respect. He achieves this everyday by being fair, honest and open.

BUSINESS MANAGER
Joe is a Business Manager. He is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the office.
Joe joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2019 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant prior to being promoted to Business Manager in 2020.

Lauren is a Recruitment Administrator. She is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the office.
Lauren joined Ben Williams Recruitment in 2020 as a Recruitment Consultant prior to taking a sidestep into the Recruitment Administrator position in 2021.

RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER
Nathan is a Recruitment Team Leader. He is responsible for leading the Recruitment Team. He is also responsible for recruitment in Greater London.
Nathan is a qualified Childcare Practitioner and has previously worked as a Deputy Manager in a Nursery. He has always had an affinity for working with children and young people. As such, he has a personal investment in his candidates and clients – always ensuring that he goes above and beyond for them.
